Whole experience was great have 0 complaints from sales with Henry to installation with Shaun (Sean?) forgot which way to spell it. abut they catered to all my needs and truly went above and beyond through out the whole process.

Henry outstanding salesman & Sean expert technician provided our home with an updated state of art security system that we desperately needed to replace our over 20 years old system…they both went beyond our expectations with the professionalism & customer service. Awesome service!
I'm a first time home owner and have been on the search for a security system to protect my home. Mr. Henry came knocking one day and I gave him the opportunity to discuss about the company he works for, the type of service I'm getting, the products that they have, etc. He went straight to the point which was what I like when being sold anything. I was convinced that this was what I need for my new home when I realized it checked all my "boxes" when it comes to having a security system. They sent their tech, Sean, to install the cameras and sensors and he was very knowledgeable and was learning a lot from him as he was showing me how to use the system. Overall, the process was smooth and these two guys as professional representatives of this company along with the system that I got made me feel like I made the right choice. One day I was on my recent bought home with my soon to be rommate and this gentleman ring my doorbell and I thought it was a neighbor at first, I was concerned of the area I live in and I was very relieved when he presented himself and told me what company he was representing why and so on.
With no time to waste we went straight to the point and I told him about my concerns and he addressed all of them in a profesional and timely manner as well has putting/ installing everything else the next day! All the security systems I asked for and more ! And I was so satisfied for the service! Extremely and still am! My house is protected and very much secured thanks to that gentleman… Henry! And of course I wouldn’t forget Sean who was the one who install everything and made sure It was well done and very thorough I am very grateful for this company to make me feel safe in my home.

My sales representative was Henry who presented himself as a professional in every way, very Polite,
Friendly, Courteous and Knowledgeable about how the system can work for me. He answered the questions I had in detail since I'm not that TECH SAVVY .
