    Neighbor had work done and Josh's crew damaged my fence. Called Josh and he strung me along about fixing it. Called him back with Josh yelling and cursing at me. I would not recommend his services, has a habit of damaging property and not taking responsibility by reading his ******** reviews.

    Josh of Tree Works, LLC told me he would throw in stump removal with the tree cut down. It hasn’t happened. I’ve called several times within 6 months and I was told stump grinder is broken down. My one year contract ends in August 2023. He is over priced. Get several estimates!

    My neighbors had Tree Works, LLC cut down and remove numerous large trees. Besides crew members parking on our grass turned into muddy ruts, on Tuesday afternoon, I saw one of their boom trucks(sitting too high) rip our ******* **** cable from telephone pole and didn't even come let me know. When I confronted the driver, all he would say was SORRY so I had to call ******* myself and set up soonest repair for 2 days later(no computers, no TV, no wifi). I also asked TW's driver to have boss named Josh call or come talk to me. I also called Tree Works office at 4:52pm and got answering machine, I left a message which NONE were returned so I called back Wednesday morning and was told Josh would be contacting me soon. He did and was blaming ******* for low wires? and blaming over half of the damage to our yard on other City trucks working in the area?...BUT assured us that TW would clean up our yard when done with job. I also asked Josh how much to just drop a small 20 ft dead dogwood in my back yard and was told that it would be done for FREE for our troubles but Josh's tree guy DIDN'T show up that afternoon! Thurs morning TW employees did a poor job raking mud and grass back into place, and NO SEED was used for regrowth. Josh called me back Thursday morningish and apologized again. He said he hadn't forgotten about me and would send someone that day....BUT AGAIN, a no show & no call. ******* repaired our **** cable Thursday by 1pm so I was able to get back to work. It's now after 10:30am on Friday morning and we have heard NOTHING from JOSH or TREE WORKS in past 24hrs. Hey Josh, my time is as valuable as yours so please stop wasting BOTH. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
