    Hank is a real piece of work...
    August 2023
    Tried to bill me for work that wasn't done
    I asked for an adjusted bill for only the work that was done
    I never received an itemized adjustment
    I followed up multiple times
    8 months later...
    Sent my "debt" to a debt collection company with, I guess, the proper amount? It was still more than it should've been and I was charged interest.
    Oh, and they don't actually "restore" anything; they just ripped everything out and put some machines in to take care of potential water damage.
    To top it all off... Hank did the work before discussing pricing with me.
    I really felt like I was taken advantage of, never had anything like this happen before and Hank took the opportunity and ran with it.
    I suggest reading the other reviews before considering hiring them; not worth the value at all.

    Dishonest. He denied saying things he said about what needed to be done . He back peddled and gaslighted. Suddenly things that he said needed to be done weren’t necessary although we had agreed on payment based on what he said he would do. Film every conversation you have with him so that you can hold him accountable. He will take advantage of you. I was sick from mold exposure and long haul covid last year when I had him work for me. They were unreliable and claimed they had cleaned things that they obviously had not. I was too exhausted to argue. When my son got involved he complied with what he had explained he would do to more of an extent but still lied about what was necessary and what wasn’t. He painted a picture that would net him the most profit for the least amount of work first exaggerating then downplaying aspects of the situation. Denying things he said etc. In the end he made a nightmare worse than it needed to be. We finally let some things go just to get his toxic person out of our lives. Perhaps he knew neither of us had the time or energy to bother suing him at that time. He never contacted the mold testing company who offered to explain to him what needed to be done. I can’t fathom the good reviews he has gotten unless the just bought his lies and let him do whatever he wanted. I’d gladly testify for anyone bringing suit against him. I have a few videos I managed to get of our interactions. A year later I am finally well enough to participate.

    Hank ****** and 911 Restoration ruined my hardwood flooring and then dodged my calls when he promised to have the damage fixed. *****+ in damages caused by his company and these cheats are nowhere to be found. This company is crooked and injurious to the public. Suit has been filed, along with the other lawsuits and judgments against him. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!

    Dishonest and negligent! I had to file suit this week because this company damaged my flooring and then dodged my calls after promising to have the damage fixed. AWFUL!
