    It was a pleasure having Richard ******* work up a proposal for us to do a number of jobs on both the interior and exterior of a family rental property. Richard was quite accommodating in working out a schedule to give certain work priority and to cut some costs where necessary. Jake and Jacob have completed exterior work and they did a marvelous job. They were prompt, courteous, and easy to communicate with, especially when discussing any problems or difficulties they encountered. Jake surprised me with some trim he devised to make something more aesthetically pleasing; he's really a talented craftsman! When the jobs were completed, they removed all the mess and left everything clean. I'm looking forward to having the next phase of the work done by these professionals.
