Completely botched a job and left our combined microwave and oven unit inoperable after 3 attempts at repair my. The technician attempted to rewire the power source, against the advice of the manufacturer. The combined microwave and oven unit has now been inspected by two companiesBosch and the original installation company from when the home was built. Both have determined that the unit is inoperable and in worse condition following multiple repair attempts by this technician. Owner refuses to take responsibility for the mistakes made and refuses to acknowledge the need to now replace the entire appliance. First attempt was 11/20/2024. We paid $724.14. Two days later, the microwave was out again. They came back out and attempted to repair the microwave again. It worked for a day. They came back out and claimed it was the power source going to the oven and re-wired both units. Neither are operable now.

Hi. First- non of the companies, that customer hired issued a professional report -  with data of measurements. second-either 2  appliances connected through 1 set of wires or through 2-it doesn't kill the appliancesometimes you need to do it, cause builder made it this way.  Unfortunately customer had techs after our visit, who didn't want to do their job. As I offered customer,  when we were at her house last time-she does the payment of 714 for microwave, that I have reimbursed to her  (it has bad check switch, cause all new bosch microwaves have this issue, you can find lawsuit against them in the internet. and i will fix it by my warranty , and 1000 for fixing the oven( it has damaged wires inside-i showed the measurements to the customer), we have  fixed the same unit 2 weeks ago, that was less than 2 years old. I can fix customer *********************** in 1 day. Again-714 dollars have been reimbursed to the customer, and second-we can fix her **********************, but nobody will do it for free. thank you

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

The response made by the business does not make much sense as written. The appliance is in worse condition after the technician attempted to repair and rewire the unit (against the manufacturers suggestions). We are now out more money to replace the appliance due to the attempt at rewiring the combined unit so we could use the microwave (the oven was working prior to the rewiring attempt). Now, neither is operational. Weve had two additional companies offer second opinions and both agree the unit should be replaced due to the attempt at re-wiring performed by this appliance repair organization.
    Regards,

As long as you don`t have professional reports , signed by managers by the companies you mentioned, with measurements and photos(let me remind you , that microwave was working when we left), any other conversations cannot have place here. My repair offer is still in force, cause I`m a professional. P.S. If you you have 2 phones chargers connected to 1 extension cord, it will not damage the other charger if you connect it directly to the outlet, if That makes sense to you.  Have a good day!
