    They did mistake at my house.Just crack pipe but change well pump. Cost 10,000$ instead 500$

    Don't let the average rating fool you - the one poor rating was from someone who never received service from Appleton Campbell, just promotional mailings she did not want. I had a water main leak that required installing a new water main line from the meter into the utility closet in my house. The Appleton Campbell team did this big job quickly and exceptionally well. They drilled underground with minimal impact to my front yard and worked through multiple problems patiently and persistently to get the job done so I had water again by the end of the day. When they were finished, you would never know that we had a water main break. The plumbing in my utility closet is a clear upgrade from before and they even reseeded the areas near the water meter that they had to dig up to put the new water main line in. The cost of this work was consistent with other estimates I received to do this work, but I'm very happy I went with such a professional team for such a big job.

    I am not a homeowner. I do not have an HVAC. Somehow, though, I ended up on Appleton Campbell's **** mailing list.I have contacted them *7* times to ask them to remove me from their mailing list. Each time, they assure me they will remove or have removed me from their list.And still, I go to my mailbox and find mail from them. I am writing this because I just got off the phone with them and told them I was reporting them to the BBB. Their mail represents harassment and I have had enough.
