    Contract entered on 11/18/2021 Contract Paid In Full 08/21/2022 Contract Amount ********* The contract was for installation of an inground pool which included an automatic electric cover the cost of which was ********* with an additional ******* for auto-cover stone. The pool with the exception of the automatic cover was completed in August 2022 and,the auto cover was originally supposed to have been done at that time. I have been repeatedly assured since then that it would completed first in December 2022, then in March 2022 and again in July 2022. I contacted the company and requested a status on completion and requested if it could not be done that I be reimbursed the money for the auto cover so I could get it completed myself. The company has not responded to my phone calls or emails in the last month and I am requesting your help in resolving this issue. Additionally the company has failed to close out the permit with the county of ********, ******** which it is obligated to do by the contract.
