    We paid for a home appraisal based on a recommendation from a local ****** ******** agent. *** Gable contacted us to tell us that she would complete the service as her father Frank was having health issues. She accepted $500 payment, showed up and texted a few photos of our house (which we did not need, as we know what our own house looks like). They were not photos of anything particular, just snapshots of each room. She never contacted us again. We reached out with no response. Due to her claim of her father's medical issue, we assumed there was a family emergency. After six months with no appraisal, no notification from the company, and no refund, we reached out again. The text response was "I will look through our records when I return to the office today. I am shocked that there has been no contact since April, especially if you didn't receive a copy.". I followed up twice after this text via text and phone and by leaving a message on their website, with no further response.
