    This place is awful, more so the solutions officers Carol ******* & her assistant. These 2 women act like they own the place& that they havepersonally been impactedby my recent negative acc thatthey caused &actually madevery much worse simply because they couldn't garnish my s.s check.My family had banked with them & had 3 separate accts for
    over 5 yr.at that time my daughter was a minor& needed to have an acc to put17000 into. Since she was a minor they MADE my wife & I be listed on the account. we did what they asked but the 2 of us NEVER EVER used my daughter's account for anything. My daughter had her payroll auto dep To the acc as well &had never had a negative. Bal or any issue
    with them. I had my s.s check auto deposit. And my wife had her payroll auto deposited. we noticed things like a online charge of 1.99$ overdraft and a 25$ overdraft fee attached to it. This happened MANY TIMES with both our accounts. Last summer my wife lost her job, her balance was 0 & was supposed to of had overdraft protection but these small online
    charges cont. To happen and so did the fees until her account was over 500 neg balance. Out of the blue the exact amount became missing from my daughter's account & when inquired about they told us that since she was on my daughter's account they were keeping the money they had taken from my daughter, who was an adult then and it was her payroll
    they took without notification or authorization.My wife set up a pmt arrangement&" as a courtesy" they returned my daughter's payck Fast forward this month almost the exact same situation happened w me & they did the same thing 2 my daughter but this time refuse to give her $back, the women were so mad @ me they have put ahold on my daughters
    acc They refuse to work with me or my daughter to resolve the issue they want to garnish my SS ck& can't do they are making my daughter suffer while knowing this isn't her debt. this is 100%discrimination against me for being disabled and a man.

    I felt highly Discriminated against because of my skin color and the way I look.i would not recommend this bank for any loans.I submitted all paperwork that was asked for then wanted additional paperwork that wasn’t requested from the start . Went to **** **** go what I needed no hassle

    Don't finance your house or vehicle with the idiots because they tide it to other loans and filed bankruptcy chapter 13 they will make your life a living hell. Derek F.
