    I had the WORST EXPERIENCE. As a traveling nurse I’ve been to many nail salons and I’ve never been treated the way this salon treated me. I hate to think it was race but there’s not other explanation other than them DISCRIMINATING me as a African American. I called and made an appt for a gel pedi and dip mani. The lady told me to come in at 2pm. My pedicure experience was great the lady did an AMAZING job! However, when it was time to do my nails they REFUSED to do my mani. The guy said the nail tech wasn’t feeling well so I asked if I could come in another day to have my services completed. He said he would give me a phone number. I suggested that I would make an appt while I was there and they would not schedule me. He then said the woman was scared to do my nails and that they don’t do good at dip manicures; which is fine but that should have been said on the phone when making the appt. I asked why they didn’t say that on the phone as I would have went elsewhere. Long story short they didn’t do my nails told me to go elsewhere showed no remorse to now my feet and nails not matching. I’ve NEVER been to a nail salon so UNPROFESSIONAL in my life. To refuse service for an appt that was made and approved of over the phone is crazy! To the lady who did my pedi THANK YOU! You did an amazing job the look perfect! My time in Virginia everyone has been so nice! This has been my only bad experience. Everyone that I’ve told are just as mind blown as I am. They also wouldn’t let me speak to any manger either!!! Terrible terrible place would not recommend if you are a person of color!
