    Their estimate was 200 Sq ft over State Farms careful measurements and though I had put $******** down on the $****** job, they refused to do second measurement. Stated my choices were to get the job done or cancel. I canceled

    Incorrect - the sq. footage was 130 s/f over the actual physical measurement due to the area configuration. The area was in a round house and much of the tile would have been on a diagonal.Went to do a second measure with an appointment and the customer was not at home.Comfortable with original quote, she decided to cancel, glad she did.
