      If you're looking for shoddy craftsmanship and poor customer service, look no further. We contacted Nick and his team to perform some roof repairs and to replace a rotten ceiling above our front door. What we wanted was a seamless piece of material to cover our ceiling, what we received was 3 poorly attached pieces of corrugated steel sealed with a shoddy caulking job. We reached out to Nick indicating our displeasure and was told that he would happily replace the crap work they did with a PVC ceiling for the low, low price of ********* and that it is originally a ********* job but we were getting a discount due to us not liking the previous work. I would think a real businessman with customer satisfaction as the goal would do the work at a deep discount or free to correct their mistakes. Instead, we're left with this mess to replace by a true carpenter or roofer who knows what they're doing. My question to you as a consumer is; would you trust someone to do work on your roof where you can't see when they leave behind a job like this that is clearly visible?
