I signed up for ***** in 2021. I visited the park a few times in 2021. In 2022, the pass was automatically renewed without my knowledge. I did not receive so much as an email, call, text, or any notification whatsoever that the passes had been renewed.
I have been informed by their call center staff that I agreed to terms which allow them to charge me indefinitely. There is nothing they will do to help me.
This is an outright scam. Hiding terms in an agreement and charging me for services I did not ask for nor receive is not ethical.

I have been going to Busch Garden for 40 years now. I would pick BG over Disney any day! But, no longer!
I went to BG with my family and our grandkids. I was so disappointed!!
1/2 the rides were not running. Most of the animals were not out. They used to include a Serengeti ride, now you have yo pay $50 more on top of buying a ticket! My grand babies were seriously upset. Where the other rides were closed, the rides that were available were 2 hours or longer wait. For $100 more we could have got Fast Pass but that wait was still an hour!!
I have no desire to go back or recommend anyone else for going!!
I am truly sad by this!!!

I bought premier passes for myself & son. That come with 4 guests passes each. He got there and they only give you 1!!! Pass and have to pay for additional guests. Said that they only give passes on a rotating bases!!! They don't tell you that and you get all the way there (hour and half drive) and find out you have to pay for additional tickets!!! Very Very Very disappointing and very disappointed with Buch Gardens! Will not be renewing or going again when my pass expires!!!

Over 10 years ago a coworker described to me how fun and exciting Busch Gardens in Williamsburg was during Halloween season. So, I took my wife and children and indeed it was amazing! There were really fun cool shows like Fiends (which was a racy fun spinoff of the Rocky Horror Picture Show). I guess our woke society has put an end to that adult fun because it is no longer playing there.
There were beer kiosks all over the park with characters in Halloween costumes serving all sorts of beers! It was great! Not so anymore. ALL beer kiosks were closed. And this is on a Saturday!!! So, in order to enjoy a beer it took almost an hour in line since there is now only a few locations that serve beer. When you finally make it to the front of the line there would be ONE person trying to serve everyone.
And if beer is not of any concern to you, then how about this: Even to eat a meal, buy a pretzel, or get a soft drink, the same hour long wait in lines awaited you too.
I brought my family with me again this year and my daughter's boyfriends joined us this time. We talked up Busch Gardens on the way there (takes almost 4 hrs to get there from our home), because we were excited that they would get to experience what we thought would be a repeat adventure. I spent 70$ per ticket since I ordered early. But also spent another **** per ticket so we all could have the Quick Passes! Total cost for tickets, taxes, fees for 6 people = ***** That is a LOT of money, but worth it if you like rides the most. The Quick Pass only gets you on 1 ride per attraction per day, so it's not like you can keep jumping back on an ride your favorite ride over and over. For twice the cost of the ticket you should have unlimited Quick Passes in my opinion.
Very soon we discovered even with the Quick Passes we still spent hours in lines for food, drinks, beers, pretzels, and whatever else you may want bad enough to wait an hour to get it.
The things that made the drive worth it to Busch Gardens is OVER.

We planned a vacation to Williamsburg from 9/29/22-10/3/22. We originally bought tickets for Sunday 10/2/22 but due to Ian brining inclement weather we switched our tickets to Thursday 9/29. We left DE early Thursday morning in order to arrive in Williamsburg by 12pm to make the most of our day at BG. Surprisingly when we arrived at BG at 1pm it was closed. We then looked up the hours only to find out it didn't open until 5pm which was not told to us upon switching our tickets. We were disappointed. We left to check into our condo and proceed back to BG at 5pm planning to head straight to Germany for dinner since we hadnt eaten since 11am. There was a show happening but food was not available - another disappointment. We continued to walk through the park in search for dinner only to find "snack food" which was not appropriate for dinner. We enjoyed two rides until Verbolten which we were stuck on for 15 minutes because the safety bar would not release. We were feeling very anxious to say the least, especially the kids, which deterred us from riding another ride that night. Disappointment #3. My husband & I have been going to BG for years during this time of the year, as we love the park, the atmosphere and HowlOScream. This year we finally convinced some family to come with us & celebrate my nephews birthday, too. I don't usually write reviews but felt it was necessary with running around the park due to lack to time (6 hours) no dinner food available, very few characters walking around the park after 6pm, being stuck on a ride, and half of the park being closed (shops, food & some rides) etc. We expressed our concerns upon leaving the park hoping to get a refund or a return voucher to show our family how amazing the park CAN be but were told to contact customer service (even though the site says we can go to guest services with concerns/complaints while visiting the park). I hope we are able to get past the extreme disappointment Busch Gardens showed us this trip.

went to the park yesterday at 5pm with my 3 grandchildren 2, 3 and 4 years old. We are recent annual ticket holders and had been there the previous week several times. I was told I could not bring in my diaper bag by security. They were incredulous that I had not seen this policy change on the website. I explained that I had not looked at the website had just been there last week and there was no such policy in place. I thought the entire thing would be dismissed if they could see the contents of the diaper bag which I opened in front of them and the diapers, wipes, water bottle and change of clothes for the children were on display. They said I was rude to question their policy and how dare I show them my contents of my bag. They stated I had no right to say that I did not think this is a good policy for families with small children. An aggressive woman continued to tell me I could not state I thought the policy was ill conceived. She told me aggressively to leave. They had stated that I would have to have a clear bag of a certain diameter to enter. Through out this entire exchange I never used rude language or raised my voice just questioned this policy. She was so aggressive unnecessarily in front of my 2, 3, 4 grand children. She made threats and innuendos about the police that were looking on disinterested. So I proceeded to guest services to ask for contact information on who makes policy for the park to send that person an email. Guest Services proceeded to call the aggressive woman to their office who stated that I could not have any contact information but I should leave. She stated move your stroller out of my way with intense unjustified hostility. The staff that was present appeared embarrassed by her, they were all looking at their feet. I am shocked theywould allow staff to abuse a grandmother with 3 small children. I feel like I had an absolute right to get an email address to communicate with policy makers or supervisors internally at Bush Garden
