    I have been trying to get an opt out pin for 3 weeks, they say they sent it and I have never received it. I can not log into my Boost account either. They are never able to assist me.

    Boost Mobile purposely omits your account information from your access. You can not obtain your account number via the website or the app. They limit your access to all personal information. I am moving service providers and I called customer service to obtain access for my account number and transfer pin. The representative claimed he could not pull my account because it is not showing in their system. He then proceeded to claim that their system was down and they are unable to access my account information. So after being a member of your network for over 5 years, never late or missed a payment....now you can't find my account is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not a good look Boost, which makes me even more happy I'm leaving them as my provider.
