    Let me say first off, I have never given a negative or bad review to anything or anyone, thats just not me. Our family stayed here in May, 2022 and it was very enjoyable now 2 months later. We invited our family to stay at the campground, now July, 2022 the management was charging our family for 2 Grandchildren as visitors each day. When speaking to the management about this, he told me it wasn't my business. My cousin had told me how she approached him the day before about the charges and he literally was yelling at her and that it is what it is and shes not getting any refunds. I said to him that on line it states 2 adults and 2 children and the manager stated "I don't need to explain details to me, on line or to anyone" I said that is false advertising, he said he would change it immediately but then said he was listing me and my family as problematic campers and not welcomed back. I told him that they had already been reported to Good Sam's and the Better Business Bureau and he said he didn't care. That they were leaving Good Sams anyway. I also asked him about customer service, he said he didn't care and he didn't need to give any. PASS THIS ALONG AND if you care for camping or your family, DO NOT GO TO CANDY HILL CAMPGROUND IN WINCHESTER, VA.
