    On 11/5/2022 1:33 pm I took my ******** cell phone to have the screen replaced. Was told it would only take a bit to fix couple hours later was done. Guy working used heat to replace my screen in turn heating up my phone to the point my battery swelled and kept doing this until phone didn't work. I paid $135.84 to have screen replaced all I received was a non working phone. Returned next day to complain about this and was told they could fix but would cost me more for new battery. When in fact they are ones that damaged my battery to point it needed replaced. So I was out entire phone and all I needed was a new screen. But because they wont honor the statement on website and what I was told. Superior Warranty We give best warranty on all repairs and phones, 30 Days on all repairs. Peace of Mind, No Worries. Well this not true as I returned next day to complain and show them my broken phone. I want my money returned as the job was not done correctly and in fact caused damage to my phone.

    My name is Mahesh B*******, I am the owner of CellFixx. I got the notice from BBB about customer complaint, I also got the notice from attorney general of Virginia about the same complaint about a month ago and I did reply to them via email and tried to contact them via phone also so many times but they did not reply back, I am attaching the copy of the email that I sent to them.
    We do offer 30 days warranty on all our services and try to give customer best service, we never had a complaint on our service, on the complaint customer says their battery is swelled because of heat but we do use little heat to replace the screen on most of the phones, it never happened, its cellphone battery it can be bad in anytime, that was our bad luck it happens after we fix their phone, we never had a issue like that, we fix phones everyday but anyway I don't want to make customer unhappy and I just want to resolve the customers complaint and ready to give them a refund so please notify the customer so they can get their refund. Thank you.
