    I have been a loyal Visual Link customer since 1995. Within the last year or so the company contracted with an outside provider called ******, which created a situation in which no customers could access their emails. No one was ever at the VL office in Winchester and no one answered nor returned phone calls. Pleas to the owner, **** *******, via Facebook received no results nor communication. Eventually, after about 2 weeks without service, a message was provided to customers of the change in service and how to access our accounts. This complaint is regarding current non-service (as of April 28, 2023) and NO response from the listed owner of Visual Link, **** *******. I am not the only customer who has been unable to send or receive emails, as a local ******** support group also has customers faced with this issue. There is NO customer service contact information for the company, nor for their contracted agent, ******. Technical Support complaints to the company are marked as solved almost immediately after being submitted without anything being done. People rely on their emails for many reasons, including business. This owner and his company need to step up to the plate and take care of their customers.

    Visuallink.com provides no legitimate phone number to call. Emails sent for billing cannot accept replies. So how do I resolve issues?I pay for a Spam filter and it's not working.I reply to my emails and the replies aren't received.
