    My boyfriend and I have been renting the extended stay house at *****************, that is owned by Echo Village Inn. The whole house is rented out by the week, so there are 3 bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. We have the one room and another tenant has the other room. On three different occasions have woken up to the basement being flooded. The first time was the kitchen pipe upstairs broke and water was coming thru the ceiling onto the floors below. The 2nd and 3rd time was the floors were flooded. On May 31st, woke up to 3 to 4 inches of water in our room, the storage room and combined kitchen area. Called the office and was told " What can we do at this time in the morning?" And to jiggle the sump pump and it will be fine. My boyfriend's deceased father's military records who was a Navy Seal in ******* records were ruined. And we had to unplug the fridge due to the electrical cords standing in a water so we would get shocked. My personal laptop, our work shoes, my boyfriend is a truck driver, and I have special orthopedic shoes due to an auto accident 6 yrs ago were ruined by the water. And all they did was put sheets down to soak up the water. No remorse or even a sorry about your items. And the Echo Village owns this property and ******** in *************, **. They have numerous reviews about bedbugs, roaches, *** offenders, and even prostitution being run out of there.
