    We purchased a 2015 **** explore from Malloy Toyota in ********** ********. We were told the vehicle was sold as is. We were OK with that as long as we knew what as is covered or what it meant prior to buying. We were told it was due to tires, brakes, and a motor mount. we went ahead with the purchase of the vehicle on the day of sale. We were given a rejection sticker notification. We were then told that the vehicle would not pass ******** inspection and was not going to be able to get tags. After we had the vehicle for two months, of course. We took the vehicle to another location for service upon which time we found out that our warranty didnt cover any of the repairs that it needed which amount of 2/5000 dollars in repairs. We have repeatedly tried to make , someone help us remedy these problems however, nobody is interested, and nobody cares. We missed one payment we were reported as being late. It dropped our credit score we went back to the dealership they ran our credit. I filed a complaint through Toyota financial, my credit was ran again without my permission, and these people are nothing but criminals and crooks. I want them to take the vehicle back and totally do away with our loan to Toyota financial wipe the slate clean and give us back our credit score. We cannot borrow anything and since then I have had credit cards be closed with no account balance on them because of this one late payment and Toyota financial disclosing that it was late 30 days. We have put new tires, new brakes and rotors on this vehicle. It is in better shape now than what it was when we purchased it. That the Carfax there was nos serious issues with this vehicle. The fact that it needs rack and pinion steering in a serpentine belt is very dangerous into the car should never have been sold to us.

    A 2023 Toyota **** was purchased by my sister from Malloy Toyota and delivered to her on 9/2/23 and was handed the keys. And on 9/20/23 my sister passed away n I am co-owner of this vehicle. I have for the last 43 days been contacting this dealership as I want copies of the contracts which were signed n I also want an itemized bill of accessories purchased. My sister was never given these documents when the car was delivered to her. The numbers are not adding up correctly from the sticker price and from what i have. i dont have all the documents and i have spoke to many different people in sales, finance staff/ managers and now the director of finance who says he will call me back but never does. The car was to be registered in state of PA and it has been 60+ days with no license plate and no registration. I contacted the local representive in PA and they called the PA DMV and were told there is no record of the vin# for the 2023 Toyota rav4 that was purchased. So how do I get copies of these documents since I am now owner of the this vehicle? And where is the licence plate and registration that was paid for by my sister? There is no reason these documents should not be turned over to me. I have been contacting Malloy toyota since September 22, 2 days after my sister passed. I am so disappointed and frustrated in their lack of no response to even want to try to resolve this matter for me. Do they have something to hide? May seem like it to me with no return calls with answers.

    I been hearing a clicking noise in my driver's side door, so I made a appoint with Malloy Toyota along with its regular scheduled maintenance. Well **** the worker in the service station said its probly not covered under warranty but you can go over to Malloy collision and see what they say. ***** said let me look at it and give you a estimate for free. ***** said it was clearly a manufacturer default cause of how thin the metal is on the door frame and how the bolt broke off inside the door. He gave me a estimate of ******** and said to go back to the service **** and give them this estimate and we will go from there, went back to Malloy Toyota service **** and **** called warranty number he came out and said no it's not covered I said why I pay extra for the ******* mile bumper to bumper warranty he said nothing on the doors covered and there wasn't a issue with my drivers side window before today's visit and now my window is off track from the whatever they done in the shop. When I arrived at Malloy collision center **** had called while I was sitting in waiting room the workers had **** on speaker phone and **** stated its probly not covered under warranty cause it's just regular ware and tear on the vehicle from opening and closing the door. But when ***** came outside and took pictures and looked at them up close he said you clearly can tell its a manufacturers default from the way the bolt broke off
