    Saw this therapist 11/30/22, 12/8/22, and 12/20/22 using insurance. Received a bill and promptly paid 12/29/22 (bill and proof of payment attached) for $15. Had not received another bill or notice of any kind that additional funds were owed. I received a debt collection notice for $30 plus $7.89 administrative fees dated 1/25/23 (attached). My address and telephone number did not change though I never received anything to notify me I had funds due until receiving the debt collection notice. Not even a reasonable amount of time had passed for me to question internally if a payment should be made especially for the medical field, let alone the previous bill indicated nothing additional was owed with line items specific to all the dates I saw this therapist. This business owner was disrespectfully quick to send funds owed to collection without any sort of due diligence. This was irresponsible on her part and I wish for this to not happen to others. Im requesting the administrative fees be refunded and for her to respect people and their time by putting more care into her billing process. I also want to ensure this does not impact my credit in any way.
