  In October of this year I contacted M.C. Movers regarding an out of state move. M******* reached out and negotiated a deal. All the terms and conditions were transparent and professional in nature. M******* stayed in contact regarding fragile items and timetables. Nothing was hidden and all the costs were disclosed. The day came and with it came the rains. K****, K*****, and J*** showed up as scheduled. Their first act was to lay down runners into the house. Their professionalism continued to show as they packed and moved efficiently and quickly even during the downpours. There was more than a truckload which was unexpected but M****** and her team arranged for additional transport and the household was packed up and ready to go. The next day, in another state, K****,K****, J****, and F******* showed up at the new house with the rain and the household goods . Runners were laid out and the boxes began to be unloaded into the house and garage. Everything stayed dry. The crew worked quickly and efficiently. Three hours later the truck was empty and everything unpacked. I certainly empathize with the people who may have bad experiences as I have moved to other countries with both good and bad times. My experience with M******* and her team was part of the good times as the move went smoothly and quickly with NO damages, NO hidden costs, and PROFESSIONALISM from start to finish. I WOULD recommend M.C. Movers for any move you might be considering and don't be hesitant to ask questions or concerns of ******** as she is very conscious of her customers and business. Thank you ******** and your team. The way my household was handled was the way I wanted it to be handled. Quickly and painlessly. To any new customers please consider M.C. **********************.   I felt like I was being extorted from the moment the three person team arrived at my apartment. ****************** cancelled my planned and paid for move 48 hours prior to pick up. I had to work with a broker who then hooked me up with MC Movers LLC. Guess my being in a bind posed opportunity for gouging. I ended up leaving or giving away quite a bit of personal goods to get within a thousand dollars of what I would have paid to move all of my goods with American (since they bailed guess it is moot). Delivery of goods took about 12 days and all I got was 1 driver, zero help (I unwrapped 100% of the goods) damaged table, chairs, and scratched floor. Ended up having 85% of goods dropped in the garage to avoid more damage. Filed a claim and was told too bad we could maybe give you $150 as a favor. All in all the moving industry has dropped to new lows. I have moved about 15 times in the past 20 years. This company was about as bad as they come. Definitely got the icing on the already bad cake and 70% of what I paid for.

  ** 6/14/24 my mom called MC Movers, *** (owned/operated by ******************************* with addresses in ********** and ********) to move her large furniture items 0.2 miles. ** 6/26/24 two movers arrived. **e had to leave after 1 hr & another had to leave after 2. Replacements were sent to keep the 2 man crew. My mom, husband, & 3 neighbors saw them moving small items leisurely and standing around in the truck. At one point my 77 yr old mom moved her own couch. A neighbor said one mover was drinking. ******** said the movers would work til 5, but at 4:15 pm they disappeared. We had no idea where the truck went.During the move ******** sent an invoice. She didn't offer to take payment over the phone when my mom couldn't complete digital payment. I paid and she said her "best crew" would be back "first thing" tomorrow. We did not hear from her until 10:04 am the next day. She sent $278 invoice to bring the truck back & said due to our "hostilebehavior" she would not provide movers to unload. I paid immediately & told her we would have pro ******************************** help at 12:30 pm. She gave an ETA of 2:30-3 pm. At 2:50 pm she demanded a signed "Hold Harmless Agreement" before she would arrive. ******** said she contacted thepolice for her safety, but ********** Police told us they'd only heard from us and an officer would be on scene to monitor. ******** arrived with the truck at 4 pm demanding a signed "Hold Harmless" before she would open the truck. We asked to look inside to check for damaged/missing items before signing. ******** started the truck & put it in drive. My husband had to jump in frontto keep her from leaving. The local police intervened & required her to show us then blocked her in. The *** for MC Movers expired on 8/31/2023 nonpayment. The ***** site says: "M.C. MOVERS LLC (U.S. DOT# *******) is NOT authorized by ***** to transport or arrange the transportation of Household Goods". She lists her MC as #******* but the databasesays "no carriers found".

  This crew did an excellent job from packing up my crystal ********** to moving our piano. They got us safely from ********** to the **********. My items where picked up and then delivered the next day 300 miles away by the same crew. Everything arrived just as it left.I have recommended my mother-in-law to use them for her move from *******, ** to ******, **! You will will be happy you trusted M.C. Movers with your move!!!
