    Paid moving company to move furniture and appliance. While moving the refrigerator, moving company damaged flooring from the kitchen to the front door. The owner of the business wasn't there and then came once he was called. Said he would bring a flooring guy to come and look at the damage, but never came within a week. Owner advised he did have insurance but then when asked to provide insurance company name he hung up the phone. Had a contractor and also witness to verify that the dolly that was used caused the damage on the floors, and also verified the flooring was not like that prior to moving. We paid the company $1200, with no offer to reimburse. Company also broke master bedroom bed, which they did pay for to the furniture company. The company will now not answer text messages or phone calls. I am asking for the damages and refund for the amount paid to the company for the services. **** *** **** ********* ******, who have lied and done this to many other customers. When booking they said they were completely insured.

    Yes I don't reply much to emails but I have pic of the floor that was damaged before we moved the periovious owners out... I have pic of the floor that I do e sent the new owners an they don't have no pic of the floor before and the pervious owners stated the floor was ..... so why should I be responsible for repairing the floor when I have all my ducks in row.... this is the reason I take pic of everything before we do a job

He was called after the damage was done and he came and took pictures and claimed they was before we moved. my previous home had multiple scratches and dents and there were not pictures taken of it!  Regards, ******* *****

    I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. These pictures do not have a time or date on them. They were taken when the owner was called to the home AFTER the damage was done. We have a contractor that will testify the damage was NOT there when he came to the home prior to us moving in. The owner states he takes pictures before a job is done, yet has no pictures of our prior home that had many scratches and marks on the floor. His statement is false and the pictures he is proving are NOT of the home before we moved in. If this is his common practice, I would love to see pictures of my prior homes flooring (which he does not have).Also, owner stated he had insurance- which is completely false. Will not give any information to what insurance company he has.  Regards, ******* *****

    I had moved from ******* ** to ********* **. I googled and found this company. The man that moved me named ***** ****** quoted me a price of 350. I tipped him an extra 50. He typed in on ****** and charged it as Family and friends so I am not protected under ******. I do not know this man or his wife. I reached to his wife which he told her another story of my pay. Which below the messages explains. Both of them have told me they would fix this and do the right thing and send me the money. I was even nice and offered to get a cheaper tv. I am blocked and now I can’t get any communication after I was told several times they would fix this for me. This is unfair and very disappointing. No one deserves this.

    They waited a week to call us to tell us that tv was broke an we did a final walk through and earthing was fine then went to relieve payment an she said all she had was 450 an the total bill was 975 for the move ... we can't pay after a week that's the reason she don't have receipt for the move

You told me the move payment was 350 total. I gave you an extra 50 dollar tip. You never did no walk through you actually came back after and I paid you another 100 to move my bed. If that’s your rules and regulations why didn’t you mentioned I owed more money & you still offered to fix it. I guess you didn’t want your wife to know. Since she does the payroll. You also mentioned to me asking if I was married to when you saw pictures of my son that you guys like to have fun with other women too. Very unprofessional. You never asked me to turn it on or anything. Heck you didn’t even ask to bubble wrap my TVs from moving. If this was ur policy why would u have continued to tell me you were going to pay? I even paid you another 100 to move beds for me not once did you mention anything to me. You don’t want your wife to know why I got a discount or not the full payment . I guess for some reason even she agreed to pay me where you made a mistake . She in the messages knew what u told me u were charging me. And u still offered to fix my tv and told me I would have the money by 5/24. From the start if this is ur policy and where u stand u would’ve never offered fix it. The messages and screenshot show you and don’t lie .  ******** ********

    We moved you on the 6th of May u waited 2 weeks to respond to tell me your tv was broke.. we have 72 hour window when u called me to book appointment I told u the min was 450 and it was 150 a hour  we worked a total of 6.5 hours  I didn't say nothing to you bout a discount  so ... intill I'm paid in full  with full payment nothing will be done I can't bring 3 guys an a truck out to work for only 350 dollars I don't care if your pretty or ugly it's a bussiness nobody can't work for free.... I have custmors that can back me up everything on what I tell them when they contact me local moves is 150 hour 3 hour min. If it goes over the 3 hr min it's 150 hour thanks an have a blessed day

If that was your policy then when didn’t you stick to that? In the screenshot your wife says she knows she didn’t want you to know that you gave me that amount . & after that you were still willing and offered to give me a TV the both of you. Proof is in black and white . If you have a policy your wife in the messages states you didn’t tell her what u charged me & even after the move never said a word that u would fix it. Why didn’t u say something about it then? Instead of offering to repeadtly tell me you were sending me money? If you have a policy why would u have offered to fix it for me then? You clearly state that you will fix and your wife knew you lied about what u told me and offered to compensate for it . So there you go dirty business.   Regards, ******** ********
