    I purchased a battery from them, the employee didn't install it correctly the terminals were loose and caused my computer to go haywire, had a mobile mechanic come to me twice (two different opinions) said it was due to the terminals not being connected properly it lost communication with the computer. All the receipts show the amount I spent on having them come to me twice since I was stranded. This all has taken any savings I possibly had. The regional manager told me to take it to a shop and I have to pay more out of pocket (which I don't have) to get it towed etc and they can't promise they'll cover the repairs. My job depends on my car (I'm a mobile detailer) now I have lost work I had scheduled, I have no savings, no car to rely on they don't have the decency to fix their mistake by an "incompetent employee" was the words of his own manager and "the *** thinks he knows everything". I'm out of a car, out of work had to cancel my details. I just want them to reimburse the money I spent on these repairs so I can figure out another route.
