      I was hired by the director of Minnieland April in Fredericksburg Virginia. From day 2 or 3 the director April K**** found out that I was wearing hearing aid and I had a weak hearing. Not only, she abused me, she insulted me , embarrassed me, she yelled at me , she accused me and took my hours away by punishing me daily- she also warned me and threatened me infront of her other lady friends called teachers.
      They also stole my hearing aid from my bag , and made fun of my hearing with her other directors.
      She is very loud, disrespectful and abusive. And above all, she cheated me by not paying me and not reporting my hours because I was signing in and out manually, she gossiped and said very bad things about me to Merits director that I got discriminated and got insulted and got abused by Apri K**** and the director of Merit and her lady friends as well.
      I couldn't hear as sharp as they do , I am nice not as loud and impolite like them and not like them. I am just different and I have an accent. I have been discriminated against by them not to mention being cheated, abused and robbed. They are also very racist.
      l left because of discrimination and disrespect toward me.
      I just told them that I am leaving because of my benefit. Can you imagine being mistreated, abused and discriminated against because you are not like them? I was afraid of them!!
      Their corporate office folks that I met are equally corrupt and dishonest. They support discrimination, racism and abuse of power.
      April's assistant Grace is as abusive woman as Apri.
      I want these people to pay what they owe me.
