    I cancelled my membership and was sent an email saying how can we keep you. There was nothing attached to send back. I was charged and then they sent me the letter to send back. I received a reminder and i contacted them to say I had cancelled and they still sent the charge through. I text them and told them no further charges were authorized. I want my charges reverse and compensation for the inconvenience of the un authorized charge.

    I have had 2 issues with appointments made at this location. The first I never received a text so they cancelled my appointment and I had driven miles to get there. No problem. Just a mistake, I was upset but I tried to be understanding. Yesterday, and the confirmation text message still not arrive. But I called and the manager confirmed my appt at 1:40. When I got there I was told she said 12:40 so they charged me for not showing up. I explained her that she told me 1:40, I wrote 1:40 in my calendar. Instead of showing customer support, she argued with me at the counter that she said 12:40. I'm the customer. I could understand if you said 'sorry this was a misunderstanding, let's reschedule'. But she wanted to argue and it didn't matter at that point. I heard 1:40, I repeated the time to her and I wrote 1:40. If she said 12:40, it didn't matter because thats what I heard. I should not be charged a no show fee! I made another appointment at another location which I was very happy with. No problems and I did get a text message confirmation from the new location. Just poor customer service at the Amazing Lash Studio, ***** ******* **** ** in Woodbridge. And its such a pity because before that I had a very good experience. All the technicians were very nice and helpful.
