    A representative of this business came to our business offering services. We expressed an interest and took their business card. We reached out hoping to connect about price quotes. We were directed to text their business number with pictures in order to assess a quote. We did so. We were asked for our email and we provided it. After zero contact for weeks, I (the manager) got a call on my day off from my hostess (on a Sunday mind you at 9:30am) that a man was on site waiting for instructions. I spoke to him, tried to assess why he was there when I hadnt invited him or received a quote so no work had been ordered. He was irritable and off putting on the phone, saying while I he was there he wanted to look at the work areas the work would be performed in. I stressed that no work was to be performed and that it was best if he came at a different time since I wasnt there. He seemed to understand. Days later we received an invoice for the labor of making the estimate ($130). We have told them we are not paying for something we never ordered or invited. They have been harassing us with nonstop emails from multiple accounts. Even when I direct them to contact our accounting office they continue to harass up. Please ask them to leave us alone.
