    Earlier this week, I had an issue with **** (the owner of JSA Hardscaping LLC). He was power washing a neighbors home/sidewalk (who are out of town). **** and his employee left excess debris on my property and vehicle that was parked outside of my home. When I approached him about my concernshe was dismissive and unapologetic. He admitted that the excess debris (leaves, dead branches and mulch) came from power washing and shrugged it off. And, rebuttedYoure neighbors should have told you! I explained that a better business practice would be to knock on my door, inform me what would be happening and to not block my driveway with his truck! My husband was out of town and ultimately, I dealt with cleaning my vehicle and the excess debris that was scattered on my property. Today, **** returned to my neighbors property to complete some additional work. (My neighbors are still out of town.) He was unable to connect to their outdoor electrical outlet and decided hed walk onto my property and connect to my outdoor outlet! Tonight, my husband caught him on the Ring and confronted him. This time, he WAS NOT dismissive/condescending and admitted to the wrong doing! He haphazardly said: Thats not theirs; Im sorry.Its sad and pathetic how different my interaction with **** was vs my husbands. I just wanted to post about my experience with JSA Hardscaping LLC and inform others about ****! There are better companies out there!
