    I hired the business to install a tile floor in my second floor bathroom. The work was completed in one day, but I informed the owner that the tiles were 2 different kinds of tile and did not match. He said that once it dried the tiles would match, but that he would fix it if they did not. I contacted him and said that the tile did not match, included pictures, and he agreed that floor was not right. He subsequently returned and put a sealer (which is now peeling off), and he said this sealer would correct the mismatched tile. It did not, and again said he would be back and fix the problem. He returned with some new tiles, but not enough to make all the tiles match. I pointed out that the problem was still not corrected and he referenced that ****** had make a mistake, and that he was now losing money on the project. He is now not answering my texts or emails, and I am left with a bathroom with mismatched tiles. I would like to resolve this matter as soon as possible. The owner has done jobs for me before, but this is unacceptable. I obtained his information from several local listserves, and I intend to report this poor job to all of my neighbors, if this problem is not corrected. At this point, although I don't think it is quite fair, I will pay for additional tiles, if the owner will provide the person to install the tiles.
