Ive spent over 10k with this business in the past year. I had an appointment ive waited weeks for to have a procedure done as im in extreme pain. 12 hours before my procedure (scheduled aug 7th 2023) the woodbridge office called me and said "hi we want to confirm you cancelled your appointment tomorrow" i said no... ive waited weeks for this im in pain. I was told "oh sorry it must be an error on our part but the doctor youre seeing isnt here anyway tomorrow but we can get you in another 2 weeks." Absolutly unacceptable. That doesnt even make sense u call to confirm cancellation?
