this location of (Oarsman Toyota of Woodbridge)
they have a horrible customer service, and they rip off your pocket.! without you are knowing that…
    I got the 2023 Toyota RAV4 for
    (54,052,50 )
The price supposed to be about 42,000.!!!
and they had a $12,000 extra protection on my brand new car.!!
    I didn’t know that.!
I have witness I have set. I don’t want any extra protection.!
and when I asked them to cancel it ,they did but I did not receive anything yet.!!
after many phone call I realize that they are going to refund less than $6000 from $12,000.!
when I called them, they have said because been passed about a year and&half ,so they have to deduct that time from it, Which is, when you get brand new car, you don’t use extra protection from the beginning because your car have original warranty.!!
So even you got the extra protection that is supposed to start after your original warranty is gone not from the day first you bought the car.!!
First of all when they told me for that extra protection, I have said to them I don’t need any extra protection.! because I pay for brand new car.!
And I have a wetness with me when I have said that.
But they did it anyway Because they make more money and they don’t tell you what they do.!
When you have a brand new card, what do you need extra protection for?
I do not recommend anybody to go to that location
    (Oarsman Toyota of Woodbridge)
they try to rip off your pocket and nobody take responsibility after they did. especially when you are a woman.!!

Scam by all means. I advise people to really watch how they treat cars, or seek another dealer. My tires 2 if them had nails caused by stick full of nail in the street. I called Toyota road side assistance. The day and before minutes the truck was coming, I called the dealer to make sure Im covered under my 2 years Toyota warranty. Someone from service answered and said yes Im still covered even if we are changing tires still Im covered. I trusted them and told the truck to toe it to the dealer which I could have asked him to drop it at any shop of my choice to fix it. I get a phone call from them saying we have to change tires and I have to pay $619 plus tax. I asked why its not fixable , they said nails are on the wall of the tire while the other shop saw them in the middle. I said Im covered and I was told that, they said no. I tried to speak to service manager ( **** ) but he wasnt helpful. When I drop the car there I told them to change oil and rotate my tires. I found that the tires werent even rotated. I rejected to pay for tires after they scanned me , and I said pump done air and give to me. In less than a minute my car was in front of me, how? Then you didnt rotate the tires and Im assuming they didnt even change oil. ( note: tires rotation and oil change are free for 2 years ) They gave me the car upon my request and I went to a shop, he fixed it for $20 and found that all nails are on the ****** bit on the wall. I paid $20 and fixed it. What Im trying to say that this dealer once they take your sale and you leave the lot with this new car , then you are scammed and not protected with this fake warranty they give. Their policy is to promise you until they lure you , same as when lure the sheep to its final direction before you enjoy its meat. If I was told differently from whoever answered me, I could have had it fixed in 10 minutes. I took off the license plates holder with their name as Im ashamed of it

On May of 2024, I visited Toyata of Woodbridge located at **********************************************************************, with the intention of purchasing a vehicle. Before my visit, I was aware of a promotional offer from Toyota that provided a lower interest rate for financing. Upon expressing my interest in this promotional offer to the finance manager, I encountered what I believe to be deliberate deceptive practices. The finance manager associate attempted to offer me a high-interest loan from **** of America despite my clear indication that I was interested in Toyota's promotional financing. When I questioned this, the finance manager claimed ignorance, stating that the computer automatically selected the bank.I reiterated that my sole interest was in Toyota's financing offer. However, the finance manager once again presented me with a higher interest rate, this time from Toyota, but still higher than the promotional rate for which I was eligible. Upon further questioning, he attributed this discrepancy to a "computer glitch."It was evident to me that the finance manager was attempting to manipulate the situation to secure a higher interest loan for reasons unknown, but presumably for some form of personal or dealership gain. An unsuspecting consumer could easily be deceived and unfairly burdened with a higher interest rate loan, significantly impacting their financial situation.I firmly believe that this behavior constitutes a fraudulent business practice designed to exploit consumers.

I drove 1.5 hours to see a 2023 Highlander Hybrid with ***** miles, which was advertised at $43,900. I could not drive the car because it was "being prepared". There was no photo online. When I asked for the "out the door" price, they added $3000 for dealer restoration plus $999 for dealer prep. When I got up and walked out, the salesperson, a nice young man, and his "manager" followed me out to the parking area and said they would remove the $3000 fee if I would consider buying the car. We agreed on the price minus $3000, and I began signing papers. I checked KBB, and $43,900 is a fair price. Upon entering the showroom, an older guy who claimed to be the manager told me they would lose money if he sold at the written quoted ***** and added another $900-1300 (depending on Toyota garage prep costs). He wasn't even courteous about it and was pretty arrogant. When I told him I don't do business like that, he walked away. It was a bait and switch, and they treat customers like they are stupid.

I purchased a Camaro from Toyota of Woodbridge in January 2023. From the beginning, there were concerning issues with the car that have left me frustrated and disappointed.

During the test drive, my Sales Advisor and I noticed an audible noise coming from the aftermarket exhaust. I immediately brought this to their attention, expecting a prompt resolution. However, this was just the beginning of a series of disappointments.

After multiple attempts to have the exhaust issue repaired by the dealership, I was informed by the Finance Manager, Carlos Jovel, that the repair would have to be done by an exhaust shop. He assured me that he would give me a call to provide more information about where to take the car. Unfortunately, that call never came, and I was left in the dark regarding the resolution of this problem.

Fast forward to the present, and my vehicle has spent more time in service centers than on the road. I have had to deal with multiple issues, including the need for a new catalytic converter, an oil leak that has been "repaired" twice, and a persistent transmission shudder. These problems have not only been a major inconvenience but have also cost me a significant amount of time and money.

It is with great disappointment that I feel compelled to file this complaint and review of Toyota of Woodbridge. Their unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and inability to resolve the issues with the vehicle have left me with a sour taste in my mouth. When purchasing a car, one expects a certain level of customer service and professionalism from a reputable dealership, and unfortunately, this has not been my experience with Toyota of Woodbridge.

I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering this dealership for their automotive needs. It is my hope that my review serves as a warning to others and that Toyota of Woodbridge takes the necessary steps to improve its customer service and communication in the future.

We purchased at 2015 nissan pathfinder on February 17th 2023 and three days later the car had transmission problems. We came back on the 22nd of February to get it check and was told nothing was wrong and told by william O the salesman and service department we need to record what's wrong and they will assure me they will help me take care of it because we just got it. Recorded videos of the check engin3 light on, o2 sensors needs replacement. Misfire and transmission code all on the car. After emailing and calling got no response so had to keep calling speaking to everyone but who sold me the car. Talked to the sales manager said he was gone to do a even trade on another vehicle then 2 weeks went by didn't here anything. Time went on no help still and then may 17th 2023 exactly 3 months in 2 car payments later the tranny went out completely. They're telling us it's all on us it nothing they can do. I feel so disrespected and stuck because we sunk all our money into this car and the car is now in woodbridge I live in Richmond and have a 2015 with 1080000 miles and its almost 100 miles away from us at the dealership and we have no money to Even transport it. We have to now pay 230 per week for a rental plus our car note. It's just ridiculous that you pull a car in a showroom tell a customer the car was been checked through a checkpoint system and all that and then 5 days after buying the transmission engine light and might I mention the 4WD system has an error that causes the sun to not engage in 4wd. We have almost been in several accidents as a result. We were very polite and didn't expect to just have a new car given to us. But right now we are stuck with a car and no one at the dealership responds correctly. Whenever you call for a manager there always in a meeting or either the salesperson is never there. Which at first when discussing the issues I would get an answer but once the issues got worse they trier ducking us.

My fiance and I went to Lustine, now Ourisman Toyota Dealership in Woodbridge, VA, on June 26, 2022 looking to purchase a Toyota TRD 4 Runner Pro in green. The Salesman, William O*******, took us to the lot and was able to show us all of their Toyota 4 Runner TRD pro vehicles. The finance personnel ran my credit and was able to determine what type of loan I was preapproved for. The green TRD Pro was not in my budget. The salesman brought us to the silver 2021 4 Runner TRD Pro, which was the vehicle we ended up purchasing. We have had this vehicle almost 3 months and have determined that it is not the right vehicle for us so we went to a dealership in MD on 9/21/22 to look at another vehicle to trade for. The salesman then took our 4 runner to see what they would give us for trade on it. The salesman came back to tell us that what we had was not a 4 Runner TRD Pro, but it was a 4 Runner Venture model and it was only going to price for $39,000, which is almost $20,000 less than what a TRD Pro is worth/what we paid. This was a complete shock to us. We were under the impression that we had purchased a TRD Pro model. From every discussion with Lustine salesman we had purchased a TRD Pro. Venture had never been discussed, nor have I ever heard of that model until this conversation at the other dealership. Lustine, now Ourisman, sold us a vehicle under the wrong name which is fraud. This vehicle has all the badging making it look just like a TRD Pro. I immediately called Ourisman to speak to a manager. Rick, the used car sales manager immediately asked when I could come in so they could buy the car back from us. Rick then stated that he would have removed all of the TRD Pro badging if he had known, thus admitting they messed up. Rick offered to give us just the price of the vehicle, which does not satisfy our loan amount. He wanted us to buy another vehicle in its place, so they still get a sale, but we just want them to pay off the loan to make it right
