- There is a 14-day cancellation policy whereby the reservation fee becomes non-refundable if you cancel the event within 14 days of the scheduled delivery date. In addition, changes can be made to the reservation up until 14 days prior to the event without penalty. Any reductions made within the 14-day period are subject to a loss of the 50% reservation fee for the items reduced. Any cancellations or reductions requested within 3 days of the scheduled delivery day must be paid in full.
