From March to October 2022, Skyzone charged my credit card 23.99 for a membership I did not agree to and never used. I attempted to get my money refunded but the person I was referred to when I went into the facility, never returned my phone calls and messages (*****************************). When I noticed the charge, I filed a fraudulent charge to my credit card. They canceled the card. I then started receiving a notice from Skyzone that my membership was on hold and payment needed to be updated. I searched my email account for an email initiating the membership, but I could not find one. I have taken my kids to parties at this Skyzone and I have paid for them to play there at various times, but I did not agree to a membership. When I asked for paperwork showing an agreement, they didn't show me anything. This company owes me $191.92 with 23.98 owed to my bank who refunded me the fraudulent charge.

Skyzone continues to charge me $22 a month for a service I never signed up for. We have attempted to contact Skyzone many times beginning in July 2022. We attempted to contact the District Manager (Amanda) several times and received no response. The local staff then referred us to an email address of "eastmembership." We emailed that address on August 24 and did not receive a response. I emailed the Skyzone corporate office several times with no response, and have also emailed Skyzone's owners, ********* ****** ******** and **********. I have received zero response to my attempts to contact the business and resolve these charge. We began a membership in August 2020 at the Woodbridge location. We canceled it in December 2020. The local staff has directly confirmed to us that we did in fact properly cancel it in December 2020. Despite the cancellation, unbeknownst to us, Skyzone continued to charge us $22 a month for monthly membership. Based on conversations with the local staff, it seems like this is not a rare occurrence. Even after attempting to contact the business for over 2 months, I was again charged $22 this month for a membership that I did not sign up for. How many others are being fraudulently charged by Skyzone?
