    . I literally don’t have enough space to type the disaster! My NEWvehicle has had THOUSANDS of dollars of damages in the repair shop since 4/21/24. What should have been a simple seat repair lead to me sitting for four and a half hours and damage to the interior of my vehicle. Terry ****** has had an attitude about it and acted like it was no big deal! I have also talked to Dave the CEO with no resolve! They have tried to repair the vehicle 4xs. Each time the damaged another panel and leave grease inside and out of my vehicle. Dave is now refusing to fix the new damage from the shop and told me not to come back and find another ford dealer to fix it! I am astonished at the treatment we received over something we didn’t cause! We have been patient and lenient but this has been a disaster. I can only hope the owner sees this to find a resolve for the damage and address the treatment my husband and I have received. I truly feel sorry for this company having a CEO such as Dave! He has been horrendous to us!

    Beware!!!
    I purchased a 17 f150 from them 11/21/23. It is now 2/14/24 and within that time I have only been able to drive the truck about 18 days. They’ve given me every excuse under the sun about delays. After learning the restrictions that were on the truck when I purchased it, they charged me $300 for a 2nd key that it required to remove the restrictions. They also refuse to loan me a truck but since I can’t work or farm without one it looks like I’m going to have hire a lawyer file with the bbb after the past week of forwarding my calls to voicemail. In addition to a $13k down payment w $3k warranty I’ve already paid another $1k in repairs. they say they care about their customers, your purchase is quality & speedy service is a lie. they rush you thru the paperwork saving time with an auto signature pad so you don’t take the time to read what your signing making this treatment allowed shouldn’t be legal. Dealing with them was a mistake. Leaving me broke without a truck that my business or farm cannot survive without being at my expense and an experience I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy.

    I submitted a Ford Credit App with Aschenbach Ford for a 2024 F-250 I ordered which had just been delivered to their lot. When I went to pickup the truck, their finance dept. said Ford Credit was too high and they got me a lower interest loan with a credit union in NC. I have now found out from Ford Credit that the credit app was never submitted to them. I also found out that the credit union gave the dealer a bonus fee for the loan they got for me at a 2% higher interest rate than I could have gotten with them on my own. Also the credit union isn't allowed to refinance the dealers loan for 12 months. I now have obtained another loan at a lower interest rate to pay off the higher interest credit union loan. Aschenbach Ford was not honest with me about this loan and Ford Credit interest rate. They took advantage of me at the signing for their financial gain and tried to cause me to pay more inbinterest to put extra money in their pocket. In my opinion, this was a very dishonest practice and act on Aschenbach Ford's part. Buyers Beware in *********** **.
