    The water heater quit working a month ago called them to come out and fix it and they came out but didn't fix it said they need some parts from the water heater company ******** ***** that was three weeks ago called to speak with the service manager he never called me back paid $2071.76 for the job to replace and put a new one in

    Good morning, in reference to the above complaint we did try to resolve the issue and replace components of the system. On January the 23rd we had an appointment scheduled to replace parts on the water heater. When the technician dispatched to the job Mr. ***** called into the office and stated that he didn't want us to replace the parts only to drop the off and he would have someone else complete. That is what we did per his request. Since then we haven't heard anything from the client. Our team here strives for 5 star service and that is what we want to give to each and every client. However when they decline the services there isn't much that we can do. If there is anything additional that our company can do to resolve the issue please let us know. Thank you!
