I reached out to ******************************************* to create a sewer plan for linking our sewer into the town sewer line in late August. ***** Chase agreed to do the work. I sent a deposit for about $1000 to secure their services, the remainder plus any permitting fees to be paid upon completion of the plan. ***** Chase did a site visit on 9/3. Sewer lines had been marked by *****************, I had met with Morristown Water and Light, and I had received town permits for buildling. ***** said that it would be a couple of weeks until he could create a plan, and then another couple weeks to a month till the plan would be filed with and returned from the state. At the time of the initial site visit ***** did not have his survey crew with him to take measurements. He returned a couple of weeks ago, unannounced, to take measurements. I have reached out repeatedly since then to get an update on the project. He did return my call once and would give no indication of how long the whole process might take or how much it would ultimately cost, even though initially I had been quoted about $2000 plus any fees to be paid to the state for permitting. I just want *******************************************/ ***** Chase to be in touch with me to update me on the project and to give me some sense of how it's coming along. I am waiting on the plan to hire an excavator, and time is running out with winter coming. There is an important piece of equipment (a pump) that I want to know about-- which one to buy, how much it will cost.

    Business Response

    *******,

We are sorry. We should have done better. I lost a key employee, our head CADD draftsmen and it put us in a hole that we are just now digging out of.

    Again, sorry.
