    I had purchased a brand new custom ordered 2021 Jeep Wrangler that I paid for in cash. I received a call from Chrysler at the end of June/ beginning of July 2022 to regards to multiple wranglers not having hinges painted on the inside the representative said I needed to follow up with my Jeep dealer to be inspected. I had an oil change appointment for 7/14/22 so I let them know what was occurring. **** came out and said looks like ***** missed painting the hinges he seemed confused because this wasnt something they had dealt with and told me to let him know how I would make out. Which is a lie because they had multiple wranglers down the road getting repaired for the same issue. Again, I brought this to his attention and he being the manager should have handled it and addressed it himself with me being the customer. He said if it doesnt get done paint will bubble and start to rust however he said they didnt have a body shop to do the work and again told me to let him know. I advised him and Chrysler I got the work done and paid almost $5,000 for the work to be completed and now Chrysler and stephens refuses to reimburse me for the cost I paid out that I shouldnt have originally especially if the car was built properly to begin with. ******** also tried calling **** and had a difficult time once they got him he even told them it needed to get done but now to a Jeep dealer? Again, not what I was told especially when I brought the Jeep to their attention and he should have taken care of it for me. With the car being under ****** miles the warranty should be reimbursing me or at least giving me money back for a car that I paid to have properly built and clearly wasnt. Which is sad I would have purchased another vehicle from **** this year however due to the lack of service I wont be returning. Chrysler even stated the vehicle before I bought it should have been checked over by the service/dealer and they didnt do so.
