  on 07/17/22 roofers came out to repair a leak. they moved my metal 2" over and rescrewed the screws in.That night water came pouring in -I called the owner and he said he would be there in am.He came but said his crew refused to come because they said my roof was wet.He went up there and found the crew didn't s**** the cap. He came back on 07/21/22 and gave me a bill of $3000.00 and a 5yr warranty.I gave him a check and he left.He had to come out in the fall for a leak and retightened screws again. On 4/10/23 I sent him an email that it was leaking again and a pic of my ceiling -he said he would be out.On O7/08/23 I emailed him again because he had not shown up yet and he came out that day.He said he retightened screws and off he went. AGAIN, I had to call him and he said there is nothing more he can do for me---I need a new roof for $12,600.I emailed him about the 5yr warranty and got no response.This is where I stand now.

  Her roof was leaking for a few years before we did any work on it. I told her she needed a new roof and would cost over $12,000 in which she replied that she couldnt afford that and chose to go the cheap route of just moving the roof over to fresh new holes in the wood strapping and new screws in her new metal. I told her she may not work and told here there is no guarantee it would work with out replacement of a new roof. *** saids The roof leaks but has shown no evidence of any water leaking during any rain. There is nothing more that can be done with this roof other than replacing it which is what I told her.

  i am having an issue with a roofer -he responded yesterday and said that my roof was leaking before -you can read all that-I didn't accept his response for the simple fact that I show him the damage it has done every time he comes to tighten screws and he says my name is *** that is how much interest he has.I had a roofing inspector come out on the 24th and he said there were exposed screws. This man is just taking a 70 yrold for a ride -now I am out $3000 and have damage in my ceiling

  Once again there has been zero new roof leaks in her roof she keeps saying its leaking in the same spot where it was leaking previously to ** doing any work at her house. The ceiling damage hasnt changed since day one of the repair. I asked for video evidence of water continuing to leak in the same spot and all I get is a picture of the water stain but no evidence of any active leaks. We offered her a new roof option before doing the work she said she couldnt afford it so she chosen the cheaper option with zero warranty that it would work.
