    On March 4, 2025, we purchased a Frigidaire microwave and stove. When I went to register and obtain a warranty the stove the following day I was told that the stove was previously purchased in November 29, 2023 by a person named **** ******** who lives at *************************************************. I was confused and called back ***** the owner of hollisters apppliance. He informed me that he would call the company and Straighten it out. He then called me the next day and told me it was fixed. The owner and I agree if I could warranty the stove I would drop the issue. I called today to buy the warranty. *********** told me I could not buy an extended warranty becuase I am the second owner. I didnt agree to buy a second hand stove. The company asked me for the receipt and then told me that the receipt wasnt a valid.Frigidaire receipt. And something is wrong. Now I have a stove that was bought by **** ******** in 2023 and sold to me as if it was new. I want the stove replaced by the holsters appliance company. This is fraud. Not once was I made aware this stove was bought two years ago. I went to this appliance store to support the small businesses of ******* rather than **********. It has been two weeks and there is no resolution and the owner of the business will not call me back. How does he sell a stove that was bought two years ago .and actually registered and has a warranty from a person who bought it two years ago. Where has the stove been for two years. The stove looks new but if I cant buy a warranty what good is it to me. It took us a lot to save for these appliances we were midled and lied to. I would like the stove replaced by hollisters appliance and for some one to actually find out why he is selling appliances that have been registered in someone one elses name two years be. when I call Frigidaire they name me as the second owner. I have shopped in ******* for years and this is a disgrace. And a mis representation to all The good businesses in *****************.
