This company has been charging for garbage removal multiple times in a month canceling service when you don't pay because you know you already paid. They like to confuse you over the phone and ate never clear on what was paid when and why your getting billed extra. I just caught up on my bill Jan 29 paid for two months and then Feb 1 they charged me again.

    Business Response

    Date: 02/22/2024

This customer called on February 26, 2024 and made a payment for 2 months (this is the February 29 payment he said he paid, but he had the wrong date according to our credit card report record). However, we bill a month behind. So when he paid the 2 months that he owed for garbage service, he was paying for December of 2023 and November of 2023. The bill for the services he received in January 2024 went out February 1, 2024.

When he called on the 26th he requested that we keep his credit/debit card on file in our virtual automatic payment system. I explained to him that the payment would be taken out of his account every month on the 1st of the month. He verbally agreed to those terms. I told him that means that it will run again February 1, 2024 for the services provided in the month of January 2024. He said that was fine. February 2, 2024 he logged the complaint with the BBB.

We are sorry if this customer was confused by our billing system. We did spend time trying to him how our billing system works, what month he owed for, and when and how his card would be charged. We also sent him a complete billing history for the entire 2023 year. We did not over charge or charge him for anything that he didn't owe.
