    I placed an order for their maple syrup back in May. When I finally received it in the beginning of July, the glass bottle had arrived broken. I proceeded to email them, along with a picture of the broken bottle. I also called their business number and sent a message on their Instagram page. I've yet to receive any kind of response. **** notified that they aren't accepting messages on Instagram and my emails weren't able to be delivered via an automated message. Today, 7/11/24 I went onto their Instagram page after they made a new post. I tagged and posted asking if they would finally respond. They are ignoring my post, but responding to others who posted after me. I have pictures, screenshots and the returned email messages as proof.
