      On January 30,2024 I had fraud happen to me on my Vt federal credit union card in the amount of $500. I have called the bank about this matter many times and have been told I would receive my $500 back onto my card within 12 business days. On this date of today June 20, 2024 I still have not received my $500. I have called multiple times and always told 12 days I would receive it back. Nothing as of today. I am paying interest charges on $500 that is fraud and I did not spend and receiving no help getting my $500 back.

      On Friday I walked into the Vermont federal credit union on ******************** and ********************* in ****************. I spoke the teller on the end to right. She did not follow my instructions I asked for one statement. For account ending in 3501 this for a request that the state needs for insurance. I did I not need any other account information. I did need other account information on the other 3 accounts only account ending in 3501

      I took a $2400 cashiers check out for my rent at the beginning of the month. My landlord never received the check. I called and asked for a declaration of loss and for a stop payment. I was told no I had to wait 90 days. I explained this was a large amount of money and that i would like it stopped and that with my partner being on maternity leave, we did not have an extra $2400. I spoke to a manager at the call center about it and asked for help and she stated "your inability to create an adequate financial buffer for yourself is not our problem". Please pull the call and listen to it. I cannot believe this is how you treat your members.

      In early January I was notified by Credit Karma Vermont Federal Credit Union (VTFCU) had placed a notice of late payment on my card. I had not received any communication from VTFCU stating the account was overdue. I contacted the bank who repeatedly stated there was no auto withdrawal for $150 since 2022, yet I had emails proving the action to auto transfer was set up. Then sometime in late 2023, the autotransfers stopped without me selecting to do so or being notified. The bank refuses to put a note on my credit regarding the error in their computer system. The money was in my account and able to be withdrawn, but they did not take it as they should have. Now I am left with a missed payment on my credit for 7 years because of their technologys error.
