      We received a gift certificate via email for this company in Christmas 2022 from our young daughter. There is no expiration date on the email. We couldnt go last summer due to schedules and poor weather. When I tried to book a cruise this summer, I clicked on the Check Balance button, the only button, that showed zero balance and the expiration policy. The company is unwilling to assist and extend a credit to us. I am ashamed of this Vermont business. This is not how people should be treated. If a gift certificate is being sent to someone from your company and there is an expiration date, it should be listed where the gift receiver can see it.
