      i hired ppl to build a website with exact instructions on what we do and what we do not do, after several weeks they brought an elementary site to review which was loaded with all the stuff we do not do, after expressing my frustration with them and listening to the excuses they were to try it again another week went by and they returned with the same issues, i explained they were not the ones for us and we would take our work somewhere else. out of despite they loaded a half a** website with still all the stuff we do not do on to the internet under our name, we have asked them repeatedly to remove the site. they will not answer our emails and are unwilling to remove the site.

I have reached out to them personally as they requested and this is what they are saying. this is extortion and they have completely lied to me and the BBB in there response so no this is not acceptable

      PPL Labs stole $4,200,00 from me in 2 months. They build a terrible website. Worst than my previous wix website I made myself.They only work if you yell at them otherwise they will not move a finger for you! Stay away from this marketing company. Its 3 guys running a scam Here is my website today: www.yourntc.com Currently Unavailable They shut it down. I have to create a new one now. I am trying to get my domain back

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. They kept my money, I had to build my own website using WIX.com. They stole from me. I found them on ********* It was a total scam.

      I have been in business for 27 years and decided to hire PPLLabs to help me with marketing since the gym business has been really struggling since COVID. I signed a 6 month contract with them. After spending over $2000 to get started , they got me 1 lead. I told them that there is no way I can continue to pay them the monthly fee with them only getting me 1 lead per month. I would go bankrupt. After cancelling my contract, they shut down my website illegally and put inappropriate material on my ******** page! Due to the inappropriate material, ******** PERMANENTLY shut down my page so I can no longer run ads. So now I have no website that I paid a specialist to design 20 years ago and I no longer can market my gym on ********! They play dirty and have no idea what they are doing.

      We are working directly with the client to address the proposed issues to make sure all matters are satisfied. In regards to lead volume it appears there were a total of 20 leads that came in on the first month on under a $300/month ad spend allocation the only reason the ad campaign went down was due to an invalid card to the account. Our cancellation policy also has not been abided by to this date, but we want to make sure that we can properly go through this to continue our positive trajectory with the advertisements. Unfortunately with your website since we have not received payment we can not continue to pay for your hosting of the site we built, once this is remedied we would be happy to bring your site live. For your ******** Page this appears to still be live and I had asked the team to take a look as well and there is no "Inappropriate Material" on there that would cause the page to be down. Also you are the page owner, so please feel free to remove us as admins if that is what you wish to do. Looking forward to continuing to work through these issues you are experiencing.
