    Did an intake interview which outlined expected duties. Laundry, dishes and garbage. Most importantly, the 100 year old floors needed cleaning twice a week.They ghosted the first appointment. I shouldn't have agreed to re-schedule.My home is usually spotless as I have regular helpers. Their roles are more ************** I needed deep cleaners. I made this clear in the interview. We have three shedding and incontinent animals. This was the 100% main reason we needed good help twice a week.The cleaners arrived and refused to do half of the duties agreed upon.I was in the middle of a work meeting that I had to leave to deal with the weird drama from the cleaners and *****************The cleaners were describing my quite tidy and well kept home as some kind of hoarders with f**** covering every surface. ******** agreed to call me back so we could do a walk through on video to see her cracky cleaner was making excuses.I ended my work zoom meeting and waited for her call.It never came.They left without removing recycling & garbage, without putting away the hung laundry or putting in a new load. They left all the dirty dishes in the sink AND CLEANED THE SINK AROUND THEM.They didn't clean the countertops, toilet, bathtub.Then I started getting reminders for appointments this week. I responded basically with, 'hey, you gonna actually clean this time?'No responses whatsoever except notices of those appointments being canceled. These people are completely disorganized, rude, toxic and definitely not competent at cleaning or customer service.

    This business has gone south in recent months, but I stopped doing business with them altogether after they fraudulently billed me in December for a service I had paid for in June.
