    Do not come to this establishment for any type of services!I went to this business as they had a product that I had been seeking. During the pedicure, the technician cut into my skin under the nail bed w www **** she was clipping my nail-this caused bleeding. Though I have quite a high pain tolerance, this was awful!! She completed the pedicure and I left. After I had exited the business, and I was heading to my car to avoid additional parking fees, I heard someone yelling from behind me. I was incredibly startled and turned around to find my nail tech chasing after me and yelling you didnt leave a tip. The business requested that tips occur via *****. My intention was to provide a small tip once I got to my car. (Small, as I was not happy with the service.) Two things went very wrong at this visit:1. The nail tech lacerated my toe-I am 3 days out and there is a visible cut which is concerning me as I am fearful of an infection.2. It is unacceptable to chase a client out of a business to request a tip. This is unsafe for the technician and for the patron. I sent a message to the business and have had no response.
