  The hyundai service department had my car in for recall. It was held for months waiting for parts then I was told I had to pay for work to be done before the recall work could be done. Having been sidestepped the day b4 service appointment and not having the 800 being requested I called the insurance company responsible for the damage and my car was total damage loss not worth the trouble. The dealership accepted a check for storage although they were not entitled to any compensation. They then failed to fix the car after assuring me it was ready and taking my money as well. The car is leaking now and apparently can't be fixed. The dealership is scamming customers and insurance companies. I have proof they charged me inappropriately and added tires for the rental which was warranty and not the responsibility of me as the driver. I only had the car because of the careless manner they were handling my car. After 2months I'm outta my money and the car is more damaged than originally upon inspection. They lied and stole money. I have proof of them taking a check for storage as well as originally quoted price and them adding tires for rental that was never agreed upon. I have all documented evidence of this dealership. The quoted price is what I paid which originally did not include tires which to me seems as though they were gouging me to began with and the tires just gave them a justification. This business should be investigated and people should be weary of any work they do.

  Just made my second car payment and still do not have title or registration. Communication has been terrible throughout entire process. Would not recommend.
