    I signed up for a monthly account and have been trying to cancel for weeks. Although a "cancel" option exists on my account, it says it can't process it. They offer you the option to delete your form of payment, but don't actually delete it. No response from the online contact form, nor from multiple emails and calls. I'm going to have to cancel my debit card to avoid another charge.

    This company bilked me out of a lot of money. I signed up for a short term account and then found that they illegally added two separate accounts under my name/credit card and started double-billing me monthly, without sending me any sort of statement or invoice. They are unreachable if you have a problem like this - I called, emailed, and sent website messages. No response at all. So, I canceled my account, despite that fact that I actually liked the product. They only canceled one account and kept billing the 2nd one. I kept calling and trying to reach them. Nothing worked, and they just kept billing me, even though I didn't have an account any more and could not even log in. I finally had to do a fraud alert and block them through my credit card company.
