    My hardwood floors were severely damaged by Fireball delivery Services. I spoke with a gentleman at Fireball who asked me to send him the info for this claim. That was over a week ago and they are not responding to the claim now. I purchased this furniture, delivery and installation from Overstock.com for $5041.44. I have the Fireball Transport delivery crew on video sliding the furniture across my floors scratching them up everywhere. Fireball Delivery was notified of this damage 2 weeks prior to them even responding let alone coming out to see the damage. I sent them the pictures and videos for clear documentation to show what happened. Facts Fireball delivered my furniture on November 9th 2022. Video showing them dragging the furniture from the door, 30 feet across my hardwood floors, to the specified location. Fireball FINALLY called on Thursday December 15th. He asked to come and look at the floor damage. I told him the floors were being repaired on Monday, Dec 19th and to get there any time before then. Fireball never showed up! December 19th flooring company came into repair and re finish floors before Christmas Still waiting to be reimbursed for floor damage as **** was sent to all parties almost month ago.
