    I bought Quartz countertops from Lowes. Granite Design USA was the supplier and the installer of the countertops. The countertops suppose to arrive with Sink and installation was included. When I asked Granite design if the Sink will be delivered by Lowes or they will bring it and install so they told me that Ceaserstone that is their Material sub-supplier will ship it to them and they will bring it during the countertop installation and will install the Sink. They scheduled the install today and they arrived without the Sink. The problem is that they required us to disconnect all the plumbing prior to installation of the new Sink and countertops so plumbing was disconnected night before and they have arrived only with countertops and not the Sink. They told me it was miscommunication in their end and they trying to resolve it with their sub-contractor but I left now with non-functional kitchen and they left without any estimate on when the sink will arrive. so they installed the countertops but no sink and nobody to complain as they not answering the phones or to Emails. Poor service.

    We are in the process of getting a granite counter top installed by GranitedesignUSA. The order was placed originally through ******************** but since the original purchase, it has been awful dealing with Granite Design. They do not answer the phones and timely communication is non existent. They pushed the install date back by two weeks but never told us. It took me calling and emailing repeatedly DURING THE **** THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE TO INSTALL THE COUNTEROPS before I finally got a short email reply saying the install was delayed by two weeks. The problem was that we had an event scheduled. They gave no valid explanation or attempt to make it right. Very disappointed with the service. *** from *************
