      Topsham Telephone has not been delivering the TV service (channels I can watch) that I pay for. Used to be only channel 22 would freeze up the system, but now many channels do this. I have brought this to the company's attention, but nothing has ever been done. I have asked for a reduction in my bill, but nothing has ever happened. It seems now, with more channels not working, they are trying to push people to hook up to their fiber optic service.

      My wifi was wrongfully shut off. I tried to pay the bill with the online service and it confirmed it was paid. However then my wifi was shut off. I had to wait a day to talk to a manager. And now the manager wants me to pay a $45 reconnection fee. But I have a screenshot showing I called and paid! I want all these fees waived and my service reconnected.
